Clarance Hotel Lille, Lille

I truly enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The room was beautifully decorated, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The service was exceptional with the staff going above and beyond to make my visit memorable. While the location was fantastic, the breakfast on Easter Monday was a disappointment. Overall, a great experience with some minor drawbacks.

The hotel is ideally located, close to Vieux Lille and within walking distance of the center, surrounded by independent shops and eateries. The rooms, though spacious and well-equipped, lack air-conditioning, which is notable. The service from the friendly and helpful staff members was a highlight, but some breakfast items were missed. The dining experience was mixed with delicious options but room for improvement. The parking facility was convenient but came at an additional cost.
